Overview
The Global Documents screen in CAS 360 is one of the most used screens, and we have now added the Advanced Filters option to help you find anything you need on this screen.
You can filter document records by the following:
- Company Name
- Trust Name
- Agent
- Document Type
- Due Date
- Penalty
- Trace Number
- Document Status
- Partner
- Labels
These filter settings can also be saved for future use at the click of a button.
Navigation
From the Main Toolbar, go to Documents | |
Click on Advanced Filter |
Advanced Filter Settings
After clicking on Advanced Filter, various options will be available which are explained below:
Filter

Company | Filter Documents by specific companies. |
Trust | Filter Documents by specific trusts. |
Agent |
Filter documents by companies/trusts that have a specific registered agent. |
Document Type |
Filter by the type of document. |
Due | Filter by due date status. This includes default options and an option to enter a custom amount of days. |
Penalty |
Filter by documents that have a penalty. |
Trace Numbers |
Filter by documents between a specific trace-number range. |
Statuses |
Filter by document status. |
Partners |
Filter documents by companies that have a specific Partner. |
Labels | Filter Documents by specific labels. |
Click Apply Filter in the bottom right to apply the filters to the Global Documents screen:
Save Filters
After selecting your filter settings, you can click Save Filter to save the current settings for future use:
This filter then can be selected by clicking Saved Filters in the Global Documents screen, or in the Advanced Filters popup screen.
