Overview
Prepare a trust listing report which provides a list of all selected trusts on the CAS 360 database, using the built-in report filters.
The Report will summarise the following:
- Trust Name
- Trustee
- Trust Formed Date
- Trustee Appointed Date
- Trustee Ceased Date
- Trust Type
- Settlor/founder
- Vesting Date
Instructions
| From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Reports |
Select Trust Listing Report
The following filters can be set for the report from the right-hand side:
| Filter | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Jurisdiction | Filter the Trust list by jurisdiction. |
| Report Date | Set a date to display on the report |
| Label | Set a Company Label as a filter when preparing the Company Listing Report |
Review the Report Settings to customise the report if needed:
To generate the report, select the desired Trusts and Click 
The Trust Listing Report can be exported as an XLS or PDF.
