With CAS 360's Trust Events Screen, you can now store and record all asset transactions, liability, gifting, income, and expense transactions for a trust.

To select a Trust that has been previously set up in CAS 360, simply search and click on the Trust Name from the list.

You will now be directed to the Trust Events Screen
Event Filters
The Event Filters section contains options to either group events by item description or to display all events in date order
Users also have the option to filter the Event page by dates
Further transaction filters are available based on assets, liabilities, loans from the trust, income, expense and other transactions.
Event Summary
CAS 360 will Summarise all event transactions values by the different event types.
These totals will also appear on the Register of Trust Events when the report is generated.
Add Events
To enter Events, click
CAS 360 is able to produce forms for a number of events such as:
Forms Prepared
Toggle ON Print and select Prepare Forms
CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen where the following documents can be prepared:
- Cover Letter
- Trustee Minutes or Resolution
- Register of Trust Events
- Register of Trust Relationships
