Manual Document Reviewer Reminders
Document preparers can now send manual reminder emails to reviewers who have not yet completed their review. This gives firms direct control over review turnaround without needing to follow up outside CAS360.

• A 'Send Reviewer Reminder' action sends an immediate reminder to all reviewers with a Pending status on the document.
• A confirmation flip notification is displayed on send, and the reminder email is logged in the Pending Outbox.
• If the reminder email fails to deliver, CAS360 notifies the preparer so they can take action — such as re-preparing documents with an alternative reviewer.

Smart Email - Additional Workflow Coverage
Smart Email now supports AI-generated email composition for additional workflow types. Contextual information is passed to the model to produce relevant, ready-to-send emails for each event type.

• Guarantor Appointment - supported for all jurisdictions (AU, NZ, SG, HK, UK) for both local and foreign companies.
• Company Name Change - supported for AU, SG, HK, and UK companies.
• HK Change of Address - supported for Hong Kong companies.

Smart Email Error When AI Response is Wrapped in Markdown Code Block 

The Smart Email feature no longer errors when the AI-generated response is returned inside a markdown code block.

Company Listing Report Excel Export Generates Empty Worksheet

Fixed an issue where exporting the Company Listing Report to Excel produced an empty worksheet when opened in Excel.

Email Templates

The 'Create New' Button was missing on some Templates. The 'Create New' button now correctly appears on all email templates.

• PSC Verification - CAS 360 now supports a complete end-to-end workflow for verifying Persons with Significant Control (PSC), allowing you to prepare Verification Statements and save the Verified status of PSCs within each Company’s Members screen.

• Company Summary (Confirmation Statements) - The Share Structure section of the Company Summary report now displays share classes in a logical order and excludes classes with zero shares.
• Contact Details Change (Multiple Changes) - Incorporation statute references have been removed from the Change of Registration Details templates as this field is no longer required for UK officers.
