BGLiD - Manual Review
Biometric Scanning BGLiD requests that fail now have their status set to "Sent for Manual Review". This displays when viewing details through the Contacts screen, with the ability to "Mark Review as Complete" if required.
Errors Corrected
- Send Document Reminder - The modal wording and "Attach Forms" selection count now appear according to the document reminder being sent, on both the Company Documents and Global Documents screens.
- BGLiD Contact Selection - Clicking the biometric (selfie) image on the contact selection screen no longer opens the selfie deletion modal. Selfies can still be deleted from within the contact record.
- Comparison Report - The report export no longer shows a row as failed when a future-dated address exists, or when the effective date falls within the ±60-day leeway; the export now applies the same matching logic as the on-screen comparison report
- Notification Downloads - Downloading a ZIP file from a notification now downloads the ZIP file itself rather than accessFiles.json (most noticeable when exporting a large number of documents)

Cover Letter - The following company postal address merge codes now populate on the prepared cover letter when preparing via Multiple Changes or a Form 362:

- ${companyPostalAddressMultiLineProperCaseSuburbCapitalisedNoComma}
- Search - Resolved a forbidden-access error that occurred when searching certain partial strings (for example "rm s") in Company Selection or the Global Search bar.
Errors Corrected
- Company Import - Using "Insert" to import a company no longer creates duplicate historical addresses.
New Features

Nominee Shareholders Register Address - CAS360 now supports recording the location of the Register of Nominee Shareholders for Singapore companies.
- Annual Return - new merge field.
- Annual Statement Certificate - new merge field with paragraph toggles; the wording reflects whether the register is kept at the Company's registered office or at the registered office of a registered filing agent.
- Address types in the Location of Registers now display in their dictated position rather than in creation order.
Improvements
- Form 45 - The Form 45 (Consent to Act as Director and Statement of Non-disqualification to Act as Director) master template has been updated to reflect the changes released by ACRA in May 2026.
Errors Corrected
- Automated AGM Reminders - pending AGM reminders are now removed when the FYE/AGM date is updated, whether the date is updated directly, or via Mark as Filed / Mark as Filing Not Required on the Annual Return.
New Feature
- SH08 Form - This update introduces support for the SH08 form, ensuring share class conversions are prepared on the correct Companies House form.
Improvements
- Authentication Code - Access to the "Copy Company Authentication Code" button can now be controlled per user role via a new authority in Settings.
- Companies House Geographical Names - XML generated for UK forms now uses Companies House's official location names in the geographical name fields.
Errors Corrected
- Personal Code Alerts - Emails sent via "Send All" now correctly list each contact's own companies, instead of showing companies from another contact.
- SH03 Forms now show the trace number on every page footer once prepared, matching what's shown on the Documents screen.
