New Features 

• Trust Contacts - new Trust Contact and Signing Contact types 
  The Add Trust Contact dropdown now offers Signing Contact and Trust Contact (in addition to Billing Contact, Partner and Manager). 

Improvements 

• BGLiD - Biometric Retry Email 
  The retry email after a failed biometric check now sends automatically, without needing a manual results refresh. 
• BGLiD - Manual Review 
  The button that cancels a manual review (previously “Mark review as complete”) is now labelled “Cancel Manual Review”. 
• BGLiD - Verification Review 
  When a GOVID check fails, the verification report now shows the specific reason (for example “Card number not matched”); the verification row is hidden when no reason is provided.  
• Docusign  
  CAS360 now shows Docusign’s updated logo and spelling across the Electronic Signing settings card, provider pickers, modals and notification icons; display only, with no change to signing behaviour. 

Errors Corrected

• Notification Downloads - when exporting company documents, downloading the resulting ZIP from the notification could intermittently return an internal accessFiles.json file instead of the ZIP (more likely on large exports); the correct ZIP now downloads. 
• Application for Shares/Membership - with “All Representatives must sign” enabled, sending for digital signing failed with a “digital signing merge fields not found” error when an individual was both a shareholder/guarantor and a representative of a joint member or company guarantor; sending now completes.
• Compliance Alerts - contacts with a Date of Death no longer trigger Identity Information Required or PEP / Source of Funds alerts, and the compliance counters exclude them; other alerts are unaffected.
• Messages Outbox Company Search - searching by a term containing a special character such as & could return only a deactivated company and drop the active company of the same name; the active company now appears.
• Messages Outbox Short Search - searching Messages Outbox or Pending Outbox with a term of fewer than 5 characters returned a 500 error; the search now returns results without error.
• Labels - attaching a label to a company or trust no longer causes a 500 error when the firm has two labels with the same text but different IDs.
• Deactivated Companies - when a firm’s licence has expired and not yet been renewed, the “included in your subscription until” tooltip now shows the correct date (with “(Pending renewal)”) rather than a date a year too far out; this is display only and did not affect the subscription count.
• Digital Signing Reminders CC/BCC recipients - when a document-signing reminder is sent to a CC or BCC address that was also on the original document pack, that recipient’s reminder now includes their view-only link (matched by email address, ignoring case and spacing); addresses not on the original pack still receive the reminder without a link.
• Duplicate Emails - an S3 NoSuchKeyException that could sometimes cause a duplicate email to be sent has been resolved.
• Unit Trust Document Production - removing changes in Document Production without then preparing a document no longer leaves the prepare-form footer and print toggle showing the old state.
• Manual Review Refresh Result - when a failed biometric check was in Manual Review, pushing a refreshed result from FrankieOne (via the Magical Platform) did not update the BGLiD result on the CAS360 record; the record now updates.
• Scheduled Email - for a scheduled email with a send date, the information panel now reads “Email to be sent on…” instead of “Reminder…”; automated reminders still read “Reminder”.
• Relationships Screen - the Prepare Forms banner no longer covers the bottom of the Relationships screen.

New Features

• In this update, a new ASIC Director ID Letter can be produced alongside the existing ABRS Director ID Letter in AU document production, ahead of the ASIC Director ID requirements taking effect 1 July 2027. The letter is always available for Annual Review, appears for Incorporation (Form 201) only once the company has at least one director, and appears for Company Change (Form 484) only when a Director or Alternate Director has been newly appointed.

Errors Corrected

• Form 410 - when multiple Form 410s are prepared for the same company, lodging one and receiving its ASIC correspondence (RC05) no longer hides the Lodge button on the other, not-yet-lodged Form 410.
• Form 2205 - when 7 or more subdivision, consolidation or return-of-capital transactions are prepared, the resolution now continues onto annexure pages instead of being cut off on the main form.

Errors Corrected

• Company Incorporation - The correct shareholder consent forms now attach for individuals in multiple joint holdings or representing a company shareholder.
• BulkAR - Preparing a BulkAR no longer fails for companies with Extensive Shareholding enabled.

Errors Corrected

• Form IRC3110a / IRC3111a - Longer officeholder names now fit correctly in the Name of Signer field.
• Company Addresses - The Charges Register address now appears in the correct position when applying the Location of Registers Kept to multiple addresses, matching the order of toggleable addresses shown.

Improvements

• Company Registrations - Individual subscribers can now have their service address shown on the public register instead of their residential address. This can be enabled by using the new toggle in the Shareholders/Members section of Company Registrations.
• Penalty Currency Symbol - The Penalty column on UK forms now correctly displays the £ sign instead of $.

Errors Corrected

• Multiple Changes (Change of Registration Details) - The Director Meeting Minutes and Resolution now correctly include the Change of Registration Details paragraph for officers who are also a PSC.
• AD01 - The trace number now displays correctly in the footer, matching the number shown on the Documents screen.
• SH08 - Removed the Document date field and "Apply this date to all documents?" toggle, which had no effect on this form.
• IN01 (Section A4) - The Company type tickboxes that were missing from form IN01 now appear correctly on the PDF.
