The Company Info screen is a collection of all company data that is not attached to a contact.
This includes data such as Business/Branch Registration Number.
The benefit of the Company Information screen is that all this data is stored together, making company-specific information easy to view, change and prepare documents for.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company
Select the Company from the list
Select Company Info
To add company information, click:
The Information that can be added to the Company Info screen include:
- Annual Reports and Documents
- Business Activity
- Client Data
- Company Notes
- Patents & Trademarks
- Seal Register Entries
- Security Licences
- Tax File Number (where you can enter the Business/Branch Registration Number)
Select Options | Edit besides Client Data to input internal client information.
Toggle to mark the client as Non-Current.
This allows users to filter only current clients across various dashboards in CAS 360, including the Company Selection screen and Reports screen.
Once confirmed, click
Filter Company Info
Use the Search box to look up a specific company information
The search can be used to search for any data in the Company Info screen
