CAS 360 will display any duplicate addresses. The duplicate addresses will be grouped together so that they can be easily identified.

A match is determined by multiple addresses' Block/House No., Street Name, Level & Unit Number, Building/Estate Name and Country being the same.

The number of records where the address is used will be displayed beside each address.

To consolidate the addresses, click .

The consolidation process will combine the address information together.

If there is a clash in address details, CAS 360 will use the information from the address where the keep button was selected.

Example: Multiple addresses have all details the same except the postcode.

Where the keep button was selected besides a particular address, CAS 360 will consolidate the address details and use the postcode of the selected address.

CAS 360 will ask users to confirm the consolidation of the addresses.
