The Annual Return screen in CAS 360 will help users best manage the annual return process.

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Returns Picture2.png
Select Hong Kong Returns mceclip0.png

Annual Return Filters

The Annual Return screen has a number of filters allowing users to easily sort the annual returns that need to be actioned:

Annual Return Date Filter

Companies displayed on the Annual Returns screen will be filtered based on their Annual Return Date. The Annual Return Date Filter can be used to further restrict the companies appearing on this screen.

Filter
Explanation
From: Select the desired date to filter the annual return list from the date entered.
To: Select the desired date to filter the annual return list up until the date entered.

Label Filter

Explanation
Search Search existing labels to filter companies displayed
 
Labels Select label(s) to display only companies which have the label attached.

Column Headings

Use the column headings to sort the companies in the Annual Return screen. Simply click on a column heading with the following symbol  mceclip8.png, to sort companies.

Additional Column Headings can be added or removed through the Filter Column button. Simply click on Filter Columns. 

This will open a table where you can customise the Column Headings shown on the Annual Return screen. Please note that these columns will only be displayed for your user. 

Options

Select Options besides a company to view some tools available prior to preparing the Annual Return. 

Option
Explanation
Mark as Filed Remove the annual return from the Annual Return screen. The annual return documents will be saved in the Document Screen, marked as manually filed.
Mark as Filing not required Remove the annual return from the Annual Return screen.

Document Production

Select Prepare Documents to prepare Annual Return Documents to be filed with the Companies Registry. 

CAS 360 will now display the Prepare Annual Return Documents screen.

This screen will allow you to define the dates recorded in the Annual Return and record the items for the Solvency Resolution/Minute documents that will be generated for the Company.

Once prepared, the documents can be downloaded and lodged directly with the Companies Registry.

Notes

Users are able to add important information to the Company Notes section.

To add a note, click mceclip0.png beside the company.

(The mceclip1.png icon will display if a note has been previously entered for the company)

In the text field users can create a company note:

Select mceclip3.png to save the note and add any additional notes.

Click mceclip4.png  to delete a note.

To exit out from the company note section, clickmceclip5.png
