CAS 360 gives users the ability to prepare name change forms for a single contact who may be involved with multiple companies in one easy and quick function.

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Multiple.

Select 

Instructions

Select Contact Name

CAS 360 will display the Contact Name Change screen.

Explanation
Contact Select the Officer/Member
New First Name

Enter the new First Name (if it has changed)

New Middle Name 

Enter the new Middle Name (if it has changed)

New Surname Enter the new Last Name (if it has changed)
New Chinese Name Enter the new Chinese Name (if it has changed)
Resolution Date Date of Change
Click 

Forms Prepared

CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:

  • Form ND2B - Notice of Change in Particulars of Company Secretary and Director
  • Form ND7 - Notice of Change in Particulars of Reserve Director
  • Company Change Summary

Note: The form generated will depend on the Contact selected for the change.

CAS 360 allows you to prepare and either download or send these documents from the document production screen.
