How to add a TCSP License for a Contact

Overview

The Companies Registry requires all Company Secretaries to have a TCSP License for lodgement purposes.

This article will outline how this identification can be added to Contacts and what validation is in place to determine Contacts that may be missing information.

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts

Select Global Contacts

  1. Select an existing contact OR add a new contact.

  2. Click Information + and select Licenses:


  3. Select the TCSP License Type and enter the required details:
  4. Click Save.

When adding Secretaries to Companies, CAS 360 will check to see if a TCSP License has been added for the contact selected. If no License is found, a warning popup will display:
