This article will help explain how to create Form NR2 - Notice of Location of Registers and Company Records.

Instructions

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company
Select the Company from the listmceclip2.png
Select Addresses

Click mceclip3.png

Select Location of Registers Kept.

CAS 360 will display the Location of Registers Kept screen.

FieldExplanation
New Address

In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address.

CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Addresses screen for the Address.

If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, mceclip5.png will appear to add a new address.

Effective DateThe date of the address change
Also Apply Address changes to

Toggle mceclip0__1_.png to apply address changes to:

  • Members Register Address
  • Debenture Holders Register Address
  • Directors Register Address
  • Company Secretaries Register Address
  • Charges Register Address
  • Copies of Instruments Creating Charges Address
  • Copy of Permitted Indemnity or a Written Setting out of Terms of the Provision Address
  • Copies of Resolutions of Directors of Members, Minutes of Proceedings of Directors' Meetings or General Meetings and Written Records of Decisions of Sole Director or Member Address
  • Register of Particulars Referred to in Section 384 Address
  • Significant Controller Register Address
  • Copy of Management Contract or A Written Memorandum Setting out the Terms of the Contract Address

Forms Prepared

By selecting Prepare Forms mceclip1 (1).png CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:

  • Cover Letter
  • Directors Minutes or Resolution
  • Form NR2 - Notice of Location of Registers and Company Records 

Select the mceclip7.png icon to change any of the document settings including document date, signatory, and template settings. Different options will appear depending on the document type.
