Overview
This article will help explain how to create Form NR2 - Notice of Location of Registers and Company Records.
Instructions
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company | |
Select the Company from the list | |
Select Addresses |
Click
Select Location of Registers Kept.
CAS 360 will display the Location of Registers Kept screen.
Field | Explanation |

New Address | In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Addresses screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, |
Effective Date | The date of the address change |
Also Apply Address changes to | Toggle

Forms Prepared
By selecting Prepare Forms CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:
- Cover Letter
- Directors Minutes or Resolution
- Form NR2 - Notice of Location of Registers and Company Records
Select the icon to change any of the document settings including document date, signatory, and template settings. Different options will appear depending on the document type.
